A person answers

There's no call center behind Zombie Hikers: there's one person. Write in and the person who made the game answers.
It's the same email that's on the app's store listing, and it gets read.
1. What to tell us when you write
The more specific you are, the sooner it gets fixed. If you can, tell us:
- Your player name, and whether you signed in as a guest or with a Google or Apple account.
- What phone you have and whether it's Android or iPhone.
- What you were doing when it happened, and what you expected to happen.
- A screenshot, if something looks off.
2. What we get asked most
It isn't counting my steps
On Android, the game reads your steps through Health Connect, the system's health app. If it isn't installed or you haven't given it read permission, the bag doesn't fill up. You can check it from your phone's settings.
On iPhone, the permission is in the Health app.
I've walked and I don't see it in the game
Steps are counted in the background and synced when you open the app. Open it for a moment and give it a few seconds.
I can't write on the radio
Writing requires having accepted the chat rules. If you said “not now”, the communication tab tells you why it's switched off and how to switch it on. The game can be played all the way through without accepting them.
I think you've blocked a message of mine by mistake
It can happen: the check is automatic and it isn't perfect. Write to us and we'll look at it by hand.
I want to delete my account
It's done from the app itself and you don't have to ask for it. It's explained in delete your account.
3. How long we take
The usual thing is to answer within a few days. Where your personal data is concerned —access, correction, deletion— the maximum is one month, as the regulation requires.
Reports about another player's behavior are reviewed by a person and decided in under 24 hours.
4. Who's behind this
Francisco Cubel Martínez (self-employed professional, trading as Atenea Systems), address at Plaça Clara Campoamor, 10, 46530 Puçol (València), Spain.
